LEWES, Del- December 7, 1941 a day that will live in infamy. It’s the day Japanese bombers attacked Pearl Harbor 80 years ago.
President Biden and the First Lady visited the World War II Memorial in the nation’s capital Tuesday morning, to pay tribute to the veterans on the 80th anniversary of Pearl Harbor. Thousands of Americans died including the over one-thousand men on the USS Arizona. Now here in Delmarva, a piece of that ship actually sits in Lewes.
