On select dates, tours of Fort Miles are available by lanternlight, a unique experience as guides tell the stories of soldiers stationed there.

School Specials

Two programs are offered for Grades 4-12 and 6-12, aligned with state standards for history, geography, mathematics and other subjects. The first focuses on coastal defenses and fortifications, and the second puts teams of students to work practicing the skills needed to aim artillery.
