MEMBER DAY AT The Air Mobility Command (AMC) Museum

Please join us for an FMHA Member only private tour of the Air Mobility Command (AMC) Museum.
The AMC Museum is the only museum dedicated to the history of military airlift and air refueling. The museum’s collection includes over 30 aircraft, the majority of which are located outdoors, as well as an historic hanger containing many exhibits.
Participants will self-drive or carpool to the museum located at 1301 Heritage Rd, Dover AFB. Admission is free and our guided tour will begin at 9:30 am and take approximately three hours. As much of the tour will take place outdoors, please dress appropriately.

Where: AMC Museum, 1301 Heritage Rd, Dover AFB
When: Wednesday March 25, 2026
Time: Tour starts at 9:30 AM – don’t be late!
Return: Tour ends about 12:00PM.
Dress: Weather dependent & wear comfortable walking shoes.
Optional: Lunch at Mission BBQ, 365 N. DuPont Highway, Dover
AMC Directions: Take Rt. 1 North to Exit 91, turn right on Rt. 9 and the museum is located 1/2 mile on the left. The museum is about a 45 minute drive from Lewes and there is ample parking.
Following the museum tour: FMHA members are planning to have lunch at Mission BBQ, located at 365 N. DuPont Highway, Dover. Take Rt. 1 North to Exit 95. Mission BBQ is about a 15 minute drive (7 miles) from the museum. Please indicate, during registration, whether you plan to attend the optional lunch.
